Refund policy
We want you to love any products you purchase, but if you're not entirely happy with your purchase please email us at hello@laurensissons.com
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for any return, nor do we cover the cost of return postage.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
All orders are carefully packaged and sent out in protective packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the instance your products are damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please email us at hello@laurensissons.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will be happy to assist.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and custom products such as personalised items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item..
REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too..
