Shipping policy

We ship all orders from the Queensland, Australia - Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 business days for dispatch, or 5 business days during busy sale periods - eg. Black Friday and new product launches.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. If you would like any assistance with your order, please email us - hello@laurensissons.com

Uncollected Parcels: If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Australia Post Standard: Approx 2-8 business days – $9.95 AUD
  • Australia Post Express: Approx 1-4 business days – $16 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD

Shipping to New Zealand / Aotearoa

  • Australia Post International (Tracked): Approx 2-8 business days – $16 AUD (Please note that once the parcel has landed in your country, it will be handed over to your local postal system)

Shipping to United States

  • Australia Post International (Tracked): Approx 5-20 business days – $29 USD 
  • Your order arrives in the US Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means we take care of all duties & customs fees at the time of shipping, so your parcel will arrive without any additional costs to pay.
  • Please note that once the parcel has landed in the US, it will be handed over to your local postal system (generally USPS).

Shipping to Rest of World

  • Australia Post International (Tracked): Approx 5-20 business days – $45 AUD (Please note that once the parcel has landed in your country, it will be handed over to your local postal system)

Customs & Duties Charges (Excluding US): International customers may be charged duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to unpaid customs charges.
